These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of DecorAI, the AI interior design app and website provided by Rocket Digital Limited(“DecorAI”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using DecorAI on iPhone, Android, or Web, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

DecorAI lets you upload a room photo and generate AI interior design concepts, room makeovers, furniture inspiration, decor ideas, and before-and-after visualizations. The service is provided for personal, visual inspiration and early-stage planning.

Visual Inspiration, Not Professional Services

DecorAI produces AI-generated visual concepts. Results are not construction-ready and should not be relied upon as certified architectural drawings, engineering plans, structural calculations, permit-ready documents, or exact measurements. For structural renovation, electrical work, plumbing, permits, construction, or complex interior projects, you should consult qualified professionals. On AI-Architecture.app, “AI architecture” refers to visual spatial ideas and interior design concepts only.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your content in order to provide the service, including transmitting images to AI processing providers to generate concepts. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any photos you upload.

Acceptable Use

• Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or offensive.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.
• Do not use DecorAI to violate the rights of others.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Some features require a paid subscription or in-app purchase, managed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or our billing providers such as RevenueCat. Prices, billing cycles, and renewal terms are shown at the point of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your store account.

Intellectual Property

The DecorAI app, website, branding, and software are owned by Rocket Digital Limited and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or brand.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Generated results may vary and depend on the quality, angle, and lighting of your source photo. We do not warrant that concepts will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocket Digital Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of DecorAI, including decisions made based on AI-generated concepts.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you breach these Terms. You may stop using DecorAI at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of DecorAI after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
